team manager duties and responsibilities One team member or paddler is required to obtain the position of team manager. Responsibilities of the Team Manager are as follows:
A confirmation letter will be sent to each team manager upon registration via fax or email. In the weeks/months prior to the festival we will be in contact with the team managers to assist in answering any questions they may have, arrange practice times and assist wherever possible. Prior to the team practices a package containing the waiver/roster form will be mailed to the team manager. Each team manager is responsible for submitting the original team Waiver/Roster form that has been signed by all team members. Waiver/Roster is to be handed in to the practice coordinator prior to the teams first practice. Additional Rules and Regulations are available to Team Managers upon request.
